Policies
- A deposit of 25% of stay is payable within 3 days of confirmation of the booking by PayPal or wire transfer. Balance 75% to be paid on arrival. The deposit is refunded if the booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival but date changes can be accommodated if the villa is available for those dates.
- Breakfast is included in the accommodation rate. Meals can be ordered. Both western and local meals are available at prices in the range of USD 8 to 14, kids meals USD 4-6 and vegetarian at USD 6-8. Guests can buy their own supplies and request the chef to prepare their meals using the kitchen or BBQ. A charge of USD 20 per day applies if this facility is used.
- We provide free pickup from the airport or Colombo for stays of 7 days for group travelling together. For stays of 14 days we provide free pick up and drop off for group travelling together. For stays of lesser than 7 days pick up can be arranged at a special discounted price. During stay transportation for half day or full day trips to the several attractive places on the Southern coast can be arranged.
- Kids must be supervised at all times by the parents when in the swimming pool.
- Combination safes are provided in each room and guests are required to keep their valuables in the safe. The villa management is not responsible for losses or damage incurred during your stay at the villa.
- No pets allowed and no feeding of animals is permitted inside the villa or premises.
- No smoking inside the villa. Guests can smoke outside in the garden
- The villa is for the exclusive use of only the resident guests. No outsiders or vendors are allowed to use the villa while guests are in residence. This is for your own safety. Friends of guests not exceeding 4 may be invited for meals.
- We do not sell liquor or spirits. Guests can however bring their own supplies for consumption at the villa. No charge is made for this service.
- The use of prohibited drugs is not permitted.
- A wash only laundry service is available at USD 50 cents per piece. An iron and ironing board is provided in the room for the guests to do their own ironing.
