Policies
- Breakfast, taxes and service is included in the accommodation rate. Meals western and local are available at prices in the range of USD 6 to 12. Vegetarian, kids and light snacks priced at USD 4 - 8. Guests booking for 7 nights stay or more can buy their own supplies and request the chef to prepare their meals. A charge of USD 20 per day applies if this facility is used.
- FREE PICK UP: We provide a free transport service to bring you or drop you off for stays of 7 nights entire villa for group arriving together. For stays of lesser nights than 7 we can arrange for transportation at a special rate to be agreed. During stay transport to the various places of attraction are arranged.
- Kids must be supervised at all times by the parents when in the swimming pool.
- Combination safes are provided in each room and guests are required to keep their valuables in the safe. The villa management is not responsible for losses or damage incurred during your stay at the villa.
- No pets allowed and no feeding of animals is permitted inside the villa or premises.
- No smoking inside the villa. Guests can smoke outside in the garden
- The villa is for the exclusive use of only the resident guests.
- We do not sell liquor or spirits. Guests can however bring their own supplies for consumption at the villa free of charge.
- A wash only laundry service is available at USD 50 cents per piece. An iron and ironing board is provided in the room for the guests to do their own ironing.
- On confirmation of reservation, a holding deposit of USD 400 is payable within 3 days of confirmation. If the booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival the deposit is refunded. The balance is payable before arrival by wire transfer or by credit card on arrival which attracts a bank charge of 3%. A 5 % discount applies for full payment on confirmation of the reservation. Please note that the villa website URL uses https:// and not http:// which makes it far more secure and protects your information and passwords. Certain countries are currently blocked from using the SWIFT system for online payments and in such a situation please contact the villa management for assistance. We accept USD cash notes as well as Visa and Mastercard.
