Policies
- Breakfast, taxes and service is included in the accommodation rate. Meals western and local are available at prices in the range of USD 6 to 12. Vegetarian, kids and light snacks priced at USD 4 - 8. Guests booking for 7 nights stay or more can buy their own supplies and request the chef to prepare their meals. A charge of USD 20 per day applies if this facility is used.
- FREE PICK UP: We provide a free transport service to either bring you or drop you off for stays of 7 nights for group arriving together. For stays of 10 nights free pick up and drop off provided for groups arriving together. Stays lesser than 7 nights we can arrange for transportation at a special rate to be agreed. During stay transport to the various places of attraction are arranged.
- Kids must be supervised at all times by the parents when in the swimming pool. Staff should not be instructed by guests to keep an eye on the kids.
- Combination safes are provided in each room and guests are required to keep their valuables in the safe. The villa management is not responsible for losses or damage incurred during your stay at the villa. During stay on the premises, the villa is not responsible for any accident or injuries sustained or allergies that may develop. Guests having allergies must notify the manager of any food or substance that they are allergic to.
- No pets allowed and no feeding of animals is permitted inside the villa or premises.
- No smoking inside the villa. Guests can smoke outside in the garden
- The villa is for the exclusive use of only the resident guests.
- We do not sell liquor or spirits. Guests can however bring their own supplies for consumption at the villa free of charge.
- A wash only laundry service is available at USD 50 cents per piece. An iron and ironing board is provided in the room for the guests to do their own ironing.
- On confirmation of reservation, a holding deposit of USD 400 is payable within 3 days of confirmation. If the booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival the deposit is refunded. The balance is payable before arrival by wire transfer or by credit card on arrival. Please note that the villa website URL uses https:// and not http:// which makes it far more secure and protects your information and passwords. Certain countries currently blocked from using the SWIFT system for online payments can contact the villa management for exemption of deposit. We accept USD cash notes as well as Visa and Mastercard.
